Low-voltage landscape-lighting was installed with a programmable timer. On the lower-rear roof of the home, the fascia was replaced & a new gutter with downspouts was installed. All three buildings have had elastomeric primer applied, & have been caulked, & painted. All garage door jambs, trim, & weather-seals were replaced prior to painting, & the insulation in the home's attic has been upgraded to R-45. 8 new exterior LED light fixtures were installed at the garages, fencing was replaced with redwood fence material & 3 gates were also upgraded. Finally, a new front entry door has been installed!
